Running a business from abroad proved to be a difficult challenge for Chris and decided to look for a business partner who lived in the UK and had the attributes to run and take the business forward. In August 2010, Andrew Georgiou who was based in London, became Chris’s partner. Andy’s family had owned and run the iconic Wimpy Bar in Green Lanes, Harringay, London and when his parents retired in 1991, Andy took over the running of this very busy restaurant. With his knowledge, wealth of customer service skills and experience in running a busy food outlet, Andy has applied the skills learnt in the fast food restaurant sector to the equally demanding bakery and confectionary sector. From a very young age, Andy knew he was destined for the catering sector so once he had finished his schooling, he enrolled at Barnet College, London where he studied Business Studies and this sure enough gave him the credentials to be able to succeed his dream of running his own catering business. The two partners complimented each other and have created a brand which is of the highest standard for everyone to enjoy.
