Wilton Patisserie History
The Wilton story begins in 1978 when Christos Neokleous graduated from the Hotel and Catering school of Dianellios in Larnaca, Cyprus and was employed as a pastry chef in the prestigious 5* hotel in Limassol, the “Amathus”.
1986 After 8 years of experience and much encouragement from family and friends, the opening of the first patisserie shop in Ayia Zoni, Limassol was opened. Endless hours and continuous hard work established the name we all know today, “Wilton Patisserie”.
In 1989, the 2nd shop was born in Linopetra, Limassol. This housed a new production factory which was operative up until 2011 and servicing 6 outlets

Second shop in Linopetra, Limassol opens with a new production factory, which services 6 outlets
1990 - 1999
Throughout the years the Company went from strength to strength and opened another 4 outlets, 2 more in Limassol namely Ayias Fylaxeos and Nikou Pattihi. The other 2 outlets were opened in Larnaca and in Paphos.

2010
Running a business from abroad proved to be a difficult challenge for Chris and decided to look for a business partner who lived in the UK and had the attributes to run and take the business forward. In August 2010, Andrew Georgiou became Chris’s partner and although Andy was not in this industry his background in the catering industry was well acknowledged and respected, especially the fast food industry where he worked and later took over the well known “Wimpy Bar “ in Green Lanes, Harringay. The two partners complimented each other and have created a brand which is of the highest standard for everyone to enjoy.
"Wilton's now produces well over 300 products in savouries , cakes, desserts, wedding and christening cakes, favours etc."
2011
2011 The next step was to move to a new and bigger premises and in 2011 the Company opened a state of the art production factory producing well over 300 products in savouries , cakes, desserts, wedding and christening cakes, favours etc.
Today
With over 80 employees, the future of Wilton Patisserie looks to be going from strength to strength.
